corporate team days in scotland

We champion team-building activities at Errol Park. Fun is key to success, and team building is a fantastic way to recognize achievement and boost everyone’s self-esteem. When an entire team has the opportunity to shine, we all feel like winners!

Whether it’s a corporate event, a celebration or even a wedding, taking your people out of their normal environment to have fun and overcome challenges encourages new perspectives and insights into personal success.

Our expansive grounds offer a superb backdrop and space selection for team building activities and outdoor pursuits.  For corporates attending a meeting or event inside the house we suggest having the activities directly outside on our beautiful manicured lawn. Logistically this works really well, guests can move with ease from their meeting or think-tank sessions into the great outdoors. Having fun doing something very different from the norm is quite often the time we learn new things about our colleagues and friends, hidden talents are uncovered, valuable to a business and even advance careers.

Popular activities on the lawn include duck herding (hilarious to watch – you will laugh), archery and clay pigeon shooting. They all require an element of focus and skill whilst  embracing the concept of team spirit and mutual encouragement. New to our activity offering is axe throwing. Don’t be alarmed, it’s fully compliant with health and safety. Though it may sound terrifying to some, the truth is there’s something deeply primal, throwing an axe with all your might at the bullseye in the middle of the target – a guaranteed buzz.

If you’re wanting next level experience, a full-on, fun-filled mini Highland Games could be just the ticket. The beauty of the games is there really is no age limit. Everyone is encouraged to test their mental and physical abilities whilst laughing along the way. Tossing the caber and the Tug o War invoke the Highland warrior in us all. Welly chucking tests your ‘over the head wellington boot throwing’ technique. It should be re-named ‘welly chuckling’ as it’s pretty hilarious for everyone involved.

For a slightly less physical experience we recommend a falconry display featuring owls, hawks, eagles and falcons who love to show us what they do best. It’s really quite spectacular, make sure you have your camera ready to capture the natural beauty of these exquisite birds. Other alternatives to consider are croquet and mini-golf. Great fun and relaxing for everyone.

There really is no limit to the activities we can arrange. We have partnered with a selection of local activity companies. Chosen for their expert tuition and quality of equipment, and just as importantly their fun approach with our guests and superior event management skills. Each of these elements is crucial to delivering a fantastic outdoor experience, and we can rest assured knowing our guests are in great hands, creating special memories to cherish forever.
